HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONS INDUSTRY SERVICES.(BUSINESS) - Albany Times Union (Albany, NY)

WellCare: Lyn Bauer of Wallkill has been named network development coordinator for the WellCare Management Group Inc. in Kingston, a health maintenance organization in the Hudson Valley and Capital Region. Bauer will assist developing WellCare's provider network and the formation of the WellCare Family Health Alliance, an organization for mutual support among physicians. Previously, Bauer was a teacher for the state Department of Corrections, state Division for Youth and Wallkill Central School District.

St. Peter's Hospital: Jolene Dirolf of Loudonville has been named program director for cancer care services at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Dirolf formerly was an oncology clinical nurse specialist at St. Peter's.

Community Health Plan:Michael P. Moran has been named director of public affairs by Community Health Plan in Latham. Previously, Moran was press secretary for the speaker of the state Assembly.

Crane Kelley: David M. Cherubin has been named of counsel for the Albany law firm of Crane, Kelley, Greene & Parente. Cherubin practices in commercial and real estate law and personal injury litigation. Formerly, Cherubin was a law clerk to the state Court of Appeals and was an associate with the firm of O'Connell & Aronowitz.

C.T. Male Associates: Kirk Moline of Gansevoort has joined C.T. Male Associates in Latham as a senior hydrogeologist for the enivronmental engineering group. Previously, Moline worked for Empire Soils Investigations Inc. in Ballston Spa, where he managed the environmental and remedial service groups.

Friedman Fisher: Donna A. Eichen of Saratoga Springs has been appointed a computer-aided drafting and documentation specialist for Friedman Fisher Associates, a consulting engineering firm in Albany. Eichen formerly worked at Quad Graphics in Saratoga Springs.

Fact Inc.: Joseph T. Trino has been named president and chief operating officer of Fact Inc., a Clifton Park-based company taht develops and markets work-flow management techniques and shop floor execution systems for manufacturers. Trino formerly was president of Dun & Bradstreet Software Inc.'s manufacturing systems business unit.

Lydall: Scott E. Dempsey of Clifton Park has joined Lydall Inc.'s Manning Nonwovens Division in Troy as marketing manager. Previously, Dempsey worked for Milliken & Co. for 13 years, working mainly in new product development and marketing.

Sommer Associates: Vince Grassia of Rotterdam has been named account executive with Sommer Associates Inc., a food broker in Albany. Grassia formerly was a distributor for Stella D'Oro.

Masto Dagastine: Colleen T. Stockert has been hired as an account executive with Masto, Dagastine & Associates Inc. in Latham. Stockert is responsible for marketing communications, news releases and newsletters for industrial and high-technology accounts. Previously, Stockert oversaw the production department at Sawchuk, Brown Associates in Albany.

Economic Development:Barbara Kane Pilliod has been named director of business marketing in the state Department of Economic Development's division for marketing and advertising. Pilliod joined the State Science and Technology Foundation in 1989 and was later named manager of the High Tech Global New York Program, a joint program of the foundation and Economic Development Department that promotes the international marketing of New York's high-technology products.

Catholic Charities: Denise T. Craig of Albany has been named as human resources manager for Catholic Charities Developmental Disabilities Services in Albany. Craig started with the agency in November 1990. Sally Hollar of Loudonville has been named director of human resources for Catholic Charities Developmental Disabilities Services. Previously, Hollar worked for the state Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.

First National, Glens Falls:Peter L. Wehnau has been appointed assistant vice president, commercial loan officer in the small business department of First National Bank in Glens Falls. Wehnau formerly was assistant vice president/community banker with Fleet Bank of New York, where he was responsible for new commercial loan development.
